We are a commercial company which uses your software. We have a regular turn over of pcs, about 1 every 6 months. We purchased a license for JS Cruncher Pro in 2007, but to activate on a new machine you have to change the password. We have forgotton our existing password to our activation code. It doesnt work with what we thought it was. We get error 99. Does this mean that our license is now useless? or is there a limit to how many times we can activate the software?
